Froila's Healing technique

After much extensive training Froila has finally learned how to heal. What happens is vines grow from Froila's hands and surround the person to be healed overhead. A white flower (yes venus flytraps do have flowers) emerges and blooms spraying a light mist of green powder which enters the body of the person to be healed transdermally. This powder is sweet-smelling, calms the person down, and slightly disorentates them like anesthesia. The powder is actually effective in healing many things such as cuts,burns,internal injuries, poisoning, etc but there are restrictions.
1. Froila cannot use this technique on himself it doesn't work
2. It is very slow and thus only used for people who are done battling
3. Though powerful its not like its Orihime's healing. There are some things this technique won't be able to heal such as broken bones, loss of body parts, damage done to memory cells etc.
