Espio was running and punching none stop sweat was pouring out of him he ran all the way around at first he was extremely slow but the more he did it the faster he got he stop and did to punches '' HA.....HA'' he kept on running and running and punching then he did push up's none stop ''nine hundred and ninny nine '' the hours where going buy then Espio got up and kept on running and punching sooner or later he fell in the ground '' W.....A....T....E...R '' he said heavy breathing in the ground trying really hard to catch his breath

Espio kept on going non stop with out even breaking a sweat he got tired but kept on going he was very determined '' i can do this ''
