Allen getting his training for the week

It had been awhile now Allen who was half dead did not train he put his hand out and blaze of fire shot out from it he snap his fingers and a fire tower appear around him he was shock but yet happy "I need someone to try this out on" he said with a smile on his face

Allen put his hand on his zanpaktou looking at Kratos with a smile "Bring it"

Kratos appar in front of Allen he slash Allen so fast te sword didn't move out of his hand but he cut Allen up and punch him where he cut him

"All I needed it" once the blood fall out a storm of Lightning flew out of Allen and shock Kratos so the punch never happen he kick Kratos up and cut him in second "Were both fast"

Kratos slash down and wave of reaitsu shot up in front he appear behind Allen putting the sword next to him "True" another blast of reaitsu shot out this one even bigger both blast engulfing Allen "But I'm better"

Allen made a shield of darkness to protect him from the blast he was fine "You think so?" he said and put his hand out a giant purple blast of reaitsu shot of his hand at light speed

Kratos put his hand out a bigger reaitsu blast fire out pushing back Allen's in his face "Over" he put more force in it and it engulf Allen

"Nope" the blast went right through breaking out Kratos and disappear Allen punch him into the ground and kicking him around grabbing him and cutting him down

Kratos was in shock and clash blades with Allen after that for awhile fast the blades not being seen he cut Allen and stab him in the chest blowing reaitsu out of his sword

Allen block the sword so it didn't stab him he snap his fingers the flames burning Kratos ribs blasting him away in the face with a shockwave

Kratos held his ribs for a mintue and filp over back to Allen the sword moving pass that of the speed of light cutting Allen right from his leg up to his shoulder

Allen didn't back away he kick Kratos up and grab his foot slamming him down into the ground with a powerful darkness it push Kratos down far into the ground he put his hand over the hole thunder lighting engulf the hole flashing around the area making it big the light being seen from the whole soul society
